With both a traditional and a CD-Rom law library, Internet connectivity and on-line legal research capability, General Counsel services are provided as though you had a full time Legal Department with big firm capability at your fingertips.

     General Counsel services are provided either on an all-inclusive retainer basis or on an hourly fee basis, plus reimbursable expenses. This rate includes all agreed upon services. Unlike most law firms, you will not be billed for "word processing," telephone, faxes, copies and other overhead expenses. The initial rate is guaranteed for the first year. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Other services and reimbursable expenses are invoiced monthly in arrears. Adjustments to the retainer are made as necessary.
